Class will be held in Group Exercise Studio and each week will feature a different workout using various equipment including: Bounce Fit, TRX, Bosu and Battle Ropes!

Class will be held in the Fitness Center and will incorporate four elements: Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance and Flexibility.
We will teach girls proper form to improve postural awareness and strengthen major and core muscle groups.
Each week will be fun, yet challenging and new equipment will be introduced each week.
