5 Week Summer Prep Challenge! May 14th - June 18th

- Weekly 30 minute nutrition lectures + 30 minute Q&A

The first of 4 discussion sessions with Nathalie Lati will be on Wednesday, may 16th from 1:00 PM - 2:00 pm
