Engage in lively, thought-provoking discussions on classic and contemporary short stories written by masters of the form. Our in-depth analysis will challenge you to read deeper and unravel the stories from the inside out. Focus will be on narrative structure, plot, tension, characterization and writer’s craft. Reading the short stories prior to class is recommended for class participation.
